Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns under specific circumstances.

You may request a return if:

• Your order arrives damaged or defective.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging (where applicable).

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used products
• Products with broken or damaged seals
• Perishable items
• Gift cards
• Clearance or sale items
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will review your request promptly and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your return request has been approved and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

Return Shipping

• If a return is approved for reasons other than our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Exchanges

We only replace products that are:

• Damaged during shipping
• Defective
• Incorrectly supplied

If you require an exchange, please contact our support team before returning any product.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
